What are the rules of engagement within the community?
The rules of engagement are straightforward and easy to adhere to:
- No profanity permitted. This is a professional platform in which we will endeavour to provide answers to all the questions that the general public, customers and potential customers may have.
- No spam permitted.
- No advertising
- Engage respectfully with one another. No derogatory comments directed towards other community members.
- No verbal abuse or hate speech permitted.
- No berating of products or services.
- Questions concerning products should be centred on answers you have not been able to find on the Knowledge Base.
- Should you wish to respond to a question, please ensure that your answer is absolutely correct according to your personal experience with Vumacam.
